So, here I made an Ultrakill DID art (I dare to say, one of the first of its kind), depicting a trench scene during the early period of the Final War, featuring Gutterman, a couple of unfortunate soldiers... and a "willing blood source", doomed inside the coffin on the robot's back.

I was inspired by the Gutterman's lore (the Terminal Entry), and the Gutterman's poem from 7-2 level (with literal interpretation of "mother" from the poem as a woman).

With soldiers, I used German unforms and weapons of WW1 and WW2 as main references (I hope, Stielhandgranate and StG 44 can be guessed in this piece). Aircrafts in the sky are resembling WW2 and post-WW2 jets.

Since Gutterman appear to be made in Russia (as "ЧТ-01" is written on their right shoulder, which probably means "ЧЕЛОВЕК-ТАНК 01" ("MAN-TANK 01"), for authenticity I made labels on the canisters inside the coffin in Russian too. The label on the top can, "ПИЩА", means "FOOD"; the label on the bottom can, "ОТХОДЫ", means "WASTE".
