Today, Lilith is a cultural archetype of the rebel, embodying hidden power, the element of night, and independence.
- The movie Amélie was released on April 25, 2001, nearly two months before the twins were born. Therefore, within the setting, the film could very well have inspired the parents to give one of the twins this name.
While Lilith Weiss shares many traits with the mythological Lilith, Amélie Weiss serves as a heavy subversion of Amélie Poulain.
